On May 29th, 2009, I made a purchase from 'On The Go On Bloor', a bicycle and bicycle accessory store at 975 Bloor Street West, Toronto, ON M6H 1L7.

This blog will detail the worst retail experience I have ever had. I am now in the process of suing the store over something they could have avoided over and over again. All over a faulty $39.99 horn that they were completely inflexible in exchanging. They couldn't even tell me the name of their distributor!
